I’m an award-winning video producer and growth editor with nine years of experience in content creation, audience growth and social media strategy. I specialize in crafting engaging, platform-specific videos that inform, connect and drive meaningful engagement.

Most recently, I worked as a senior social video producer at Voice of America English News, where I spearheaded experiments, collaborated with reporters and modified social content strategies. I took initiatives in cross-department efforts to optimize videos for social platforms, ensuring maximum reach and impact.

Previously, I led the launch of a new digital brand that explains U.S. news and culture to Mandarin-speaking youth as one of two founding team members. From the ground up, we built a team of producers, motion graphic designers, and growth editors, producing 300+ explainers and shorts while establishing a presence on seven social platforms.

As the second-ever social media producer at Voice of America English News, I played a key role in exponential growth across platforms — growing Instagram followers from 5,000-plus to over 300,000 and increasing YouTube subscribers tenfold in three years.
